Braided Hose Series
- An inner hose is formed by extrusion and kept open by air
- The inner hose is then fed through a braiding machine, with two reels with multiple spools of Polyester yarn, which turn in opposite directions to form the cross-braiding.
- The braided inner hose will pass through an extrusion head, where the outer layer will be extruded on.
- By using Polyurethane or mixtures of PVC, different versions with specific characteristics are produced, to suit special applications, like oil resistance, abrasion resistance, antistatic or conductive features.
